My name is Chris.  This is me!  Well, me seeing Meredith as she walked down the aisle.

 

This is Meredith, my wife.  Now you see why I’m smiling!

 

And this is Oliver.  He was in the wedding, too.  Together, we are the Harrisons.

I grew up in Houston, TX.  In 2003, I graduated from high school and went to work for NASA.  A few years later – well, 6 to be exact – I graduated with dual bachelor degrees in aerospace and mechanical engineering and found myself without a job.  The economy spiraled downward and with it went the country’s interest in a national space program.  No more NASA for me, but I’m hoping we’ll regain our spirit of exploration one day.

In 2010, Oliver and I packed our bags and moved to Washington, DC.  We’ve been living here ever since and loving every moment.  It is where we met Meredith, so what’s not to love?
